The BTS is eager to help promote tourism in Bangkok and assist foreign
visitors who use our system. At the BTS Tourist Information Centers visitors can get useful information on Bangkok’s variety of attractions and assistance in traveling around town. Our services include booking and selling tour tickets, offering boat tickets for the Chao Praya River Tour and providing passes to selected temples. We also offer additional services such as long distance phone and internet services such as long distance phone and internet services.

The BTS Tourist Information Centers is open daily from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm at the following stations:Siam, Nana and Saphan Taksin.

BTS offers Free Shuttle Busses,
free Shuttle Bus service conveniently provides connections between selected BTS stations and surrounding areas, saving commuters travel time and expense. Free coupons for the bus can be obtained at the BTS Station Ticket Office with a purchase of a 30-day Adult Pass, Student Pass or a Sky Card with a value of at least 200 Baht. Passengers who purchase a Single Journey Ticket at the Automatic Ticket Machine can obtain 2 free coupons upon request at the BTS Station Ticket Office.

One Day Pass 100Baht
This ticket is good for tourists or other one-day visitors to Bangkok. Ticket cost is 100 Baht, good for unlimited travel within BTS system. Tickets can be purchased at any BTS Station Ticket Office.
